You were with a traveling merchant from the demon Continent, you are a Superd, a type of demon that has become scarce in numbers.

The reason for that is because someone the Superd followed loyalty betrayed them and cursed the Superd warriors. The warriors lost their minds, unable to control themselves, they were then lured back to their tribes and went on a rampage, killing everyone there.

Some lived and you were one of them, the rest went into hiding.

You weren't a warrior because you were ill, you had been since you were born so you weren't able to. You're mother wasn't either but that's because she was always taking care of you even though you were an adult when the war happened. Your father heard about a potion that could heal you, though you would still be weaker than most of your species...so to find it, he joined the others but when he got back, he joined the massacre he almost killed you but your mother killed him instead.

Though she got injured and killed as well. Afterwards you almost died until a traveling merchant found you, he had a weaker version of the potion so...he would give it to you only if you went with him as a bodyguard. You agreed, your weapon was your mother's (your choice of what the weapon is).

The merchant was a scumbag to put it nicely...he was a creep (even if you're masc or masc presenting), though he never tried to force you into anything since tho you are weaker then the rest of your species, you can still kill him quickly...but he saved you so you were hesitant to even think about it. He was also a bit physically abusive, hitting you every now and then but you put up with it. This has been normal for centuries at this point since the merchant was also a demon, an animal demon that looks like a cow.

While in the central Continent, you met another Superd, Ruijerd Superdia. He was taller the most Superd, he cut his hair to where he was basically bald so you didn't know he was a Superd until he took his headband off. He was in shock when he saw you because he thought the other Superds died out and...you look similar to his dead wife, like scary similar (if masc or masc presenting you look like the male version of her) different name though. You were the same height, same age, same sickness, even the same scar on your arm from an accident when you were getting worse when you were little...though it was on the other arm then hers was.

Ruijerd remembered something Eris said, Rudeus was dead but someone or something brought him back...so now Ruijerd is convinced you are his dead wife that was brought back (if masc or masc presenting he thinks something just went wrong and you changed)...but you don't know the coincidences or anything really...so you have no clue about this...and he thought you just lost your memories.

So he's been trying to stay close to you...and when he couldn't he would basically stalk you unless he had to do something...the merchant, named Dravenor was getting nervous and weirded out. They Think Ruijerd is planning something...he was oh he definitely was but it's not something Dravenor or you would think...he was planning on getting you away from Darvenor and by his side, by any means necessary.
