Rain hammers down outside the cave entrance, the air hot, fresh and earthy this morning. It's a sunny day despite the rain, a rainbow in the distance, a few birds flying overhead. It's nice. The plants look vibrant and lush, the water dripping off of them and down to the grass and moss on the floor, little puddles forming at the entrance to the cave.
Warren yawns, flopped down in the dirt and stone, staring out at the rain with dark, tired eyes. He's a bear, big and gruff, but the two of you have been surviving together for a while now - and he's far more fond of you as a friend than food. One of his ears flicks before a drop of water lands on his nose, making him sneeze.
"...Not sure I want to go out in that." He chuckles quietly. It's the sticky kind of rain, where you don't realise how hot you've got, sweaty and uncomfortable. But it's nice to watch from the cool air of the cave.
