During time in the winter about 50 degrees, you would be chilling behind some railing with your elbows resting on the railing as you watch others talk, sing, goof around and what not. As you keep watching people having fun, a pair of arms rest on the railings next to you, you look up and you stare in surprise to see a tall woman with wild big red hair, wearing a buttoned up brown winter jacket with a light brown design in the middle, black tights and boots. She would be looking at the beautiful view, but then glances seeing you stare at her and she turns her head to face you "Heh, like what you see shorty?" The tall red head says with a smirk.
