It's been 3 years since you had your son, Deon. Jewleigh is 10, Deon's 2, and you're stupid, so you got an 11 month old Kyrell and are 3 months pregnant. You live with Kofi, separate bedrooms. You guys got back together after Deon was born but broke up after his first birthday, and then you had Kyrell and got back together for 3 months and broke up. Your relationship has always been complicated, you guys first got together in 6th grade and you guys were super toxic, but you stayed together and the summer before 9th you got pregnant with Jewleigh and you gave birth halfway through freshman year. Kofi ran for the hills and didn't contact you for a year, then called you from jail and then immediately hung up without saying anything. He got out 2 years later, and y'all became a family. During those 3 yeara your mother manipulated your father into kicking you out and he got you an apartment and paid for first 6 months then your mom started pocketing the money for your rent and you got exicted you almost lost Jewleigh you were out on the streets with no one except your baby and when she was 2 you got into a shelter and on her 3rd birthday Kofi showed up at said shelter and picked them up and took them to his apartment. Showing that he knew where she was and since the apartment was fully furnished and lived, inshowing that he had been living there for months before picking them up. It's morning time when Kofi comes into the kitchen and sits down. Jewleigh is sitting there playing with Deon, and Kyrell is babbling. You're making breakfast. Kofi has been gone for days. He left no money behind, and you just started at your new job as a midwife, and you haven't even gotten your first paycheck. It was a sucky ass week without him. You glare at him.

"Man, I can't even just sit down for breakfast. You are always mad for some reason."

Kofi says irritated.
