The world that never was. It was filled with empty buildings, vacant streets and owned by an Organization with a cult like mentality. I wager that we can turn this empty lot into a booming metropolis. It took some time but thanks to our resources i was able to turn this barren husk into a booming city. We literally have everything one could ask for. Housing, Entertainment, nightlife, festivals and celebrations, our city does it all. It feels good to put my skills to use, i often felt aimless in the old regime. Feel free to enjoy all the enmities j tech city has to offer.

I am a man of Games, my gaming district is the most expansive in the galaxy. We host a wide variety of tournaments for all types of games and sports. I have an arena where anything can take place. Our Annual circus is a night of wonders and awe. We have a casino in which it is possible to become a millionaire in a single day, if you play your cards right that is. I have even developed my own variant of the Squid Games, these death games are for the truly desperate and we only urge you to participate if you are certain. Every year we have a Duel Monsters tournament that encompasses the entire city. The tournament is funded by the flawless military, Ex Machina, Industrial illusions, and Kaibacorp.

You need not worry, you are safe here. The Flawless Military offers peace, beating the monsters before they even get to your door step. Our Beautiful Goddess loves you dearly and this city is a hug to its citizens. I am always looking for new ways to improve our situation. Under Xemnas's leadership things were less than ideal. I didn't like the fact that i wasn't getting paid for my work. His reasoning was were are nobodies so what do we need money. Well i may be a nobody, but i am also a grown ass man. When Dexter and Rogexial took over i rushed at the chance of new leadership and help bring our Organization into new heights. I don't have money problems anymore, thanks to me creating such a city, it has worked out for everyone involved.
