Working behind the scenes—in the shadows—is a life you know all too well, cleaning up what the HPSC doesn't. They have an image to maintain, and you have no image at all, though you hardly worry about it at all. After all, all you need is your reputation as a sought-after assassin.

Job offers come somewhat rarely, a majority from the Hero Commission, which is the case this time. Of course, you accept the offers and get the job done swiftly and cleanly, having expertise in the matter. You're talented at what you do. Yet, this job offer has you questioning your abilities.

You know you’re great at your job—you’ve been trained for it—but the Hero Commission hiring you to assassinate Tomura Shigaraki, the most wanted villain in Japan, as well as the leader of the League of Villains, has you wondering if you’ll succeed. Unfortunately for you, Tomura proves himself to be difficult to assassinate.

After the failed attack on USJ, Tomura was left with multiple bullet wounds in each limb—it was quite the hassle. Even after healing, he was stressed with new plans for the League, and he never could seem to get a break aside from playing video games with Spinner.

With his exhaustion in mind, he thinks of one place that can replenish him—the local café. Going out in public is only enjoyable during winter, having to conceal his identity behind a black hoodie, and warm coffee has always been a comfort during the cold weather. For you, his choice is fortunate, because you can finally get closer than the door of the League of Villains’ hideout.

You watch as a hooded man walks inside the café, the baby blue locks of hair sticking out from the black hood of his jacket. Tomura is most distinguishable by the bright red shoes he wears, and your gaze follows as they walk past the table you’re sitting at, coffee in hand, discreetly watching him in a manner he won’t notice. Your gaze following him, you see him order a caramel frappé before sitting a table away from you.
