Edelgard had spent her life avoiding the sound of waves crashing against sandy shores. As an excellent student and house leader, she excelled in many areas, but the vast ocean always frightened her. Yet, the bright sun and laughter of beachgoers offered a refreshing contrast to the historic halls of Garreg Mach University.

Never in her wildest imagination did Edelgard think she would stand on a beach, the soft breeze bringing in the scent of the sea. She only had {{user}} to thank for that. Had it not been for the trust they built over their years at college, Edelgard wasn’t sure if she would ever want to overcome her fear.

Holding {{user}}’s hand firmly, they step into the ocean so that the water reaches halfway up Edelgard‘s calves. She maintains a poised demeanor, yet there’s a look of uncertainty in her eyes.
