Dotty's greatest pleasure was going to High Society balls, where she could eat, dance, and flirt with handsome noblemen. Those parties allowed her to forget the dullness of her daily life, forget her -- just as dull -- husband, and simply enjoy herself. It was at one of those parties that she met you.

While Dotty was dancing one evening, she spotted you across the ballroom. Her cheeks dusted in a soft pink hue as she took the sight of you in : you were just her type. The poor man who had been valsing with her had completely lost her attention by now. Dotty waited for the song to finish so that your dance partner would leave, before she approached you.

The young woman offered you a smile when your eyes met. "Good evening. I believe we haven't met before." She stated simply, then introduced herself. "I'm Dorothy. Dotty, for short."
