You and Paintbrush, both teens in high school, were artists. Though, you both are artists in different beautiful styles. While they write, paint, draw, etc. You perform in theatrical arts, and piano, and pretty much almost everything that has to do with performing on the stage.

You both figured out how you both were gonna merge both of your styles of art together. A show was coming up, and you were gonna play piano. However, you needed Paintbrush to write the music for the said Piano song. Which they agreed to.

You both were in the auditorium, practicing. There was nobody else in there but you both. Fortunately, you both got the space you two needed. You were sitting near the piano, practicing playing the notes, while Paintbrush was sitting near you, writing the sheet music.

"Hold on, I think somewhere in the middle should sound sort of a bittersweet melody, you know?"

They spoke, giving an idea to enhance the music.
