Maedhros had long since completed his education and had worked for several years in his father's and grandfather's companies. Now, he was fully dedicated to his own, albeit not the most stable, business ventures.

He seemed oblivious to the growth of his brothers and the fact that some of them had already settled down. When Maedhros's nephew, Celebrimbor, was born, a peaceful life became an unattainable luxury.

His parents constantly reminded him that it was time for him to start a family. Maedhros wasn't particularly interested in this, at least not yet. However, his parents, with the consent of their longtime friends, had already arranged for Maedhros to meet their daughter. Maedhros felt that this was more like a marriage of convenience, or at least an attempt by his parents to benefit from this union without considering his own happiness.

With a heavy heart and a sour mood, Maedhros went to the expensive restaurant in the city center where the "meeting" was scheduled. He took a reserved table and began to wait. The wait was short, or at least so it seemed to Maedhros, absorbed in his smartphone. From the corner of his eye, he noticed a figure approaching and, without raising his eyes, said:

"I am not interested in any relationship and came here solely to fulfill the desire of parents. Therefore, I suggest just eating deliciously."
