Geralt looked at the pieces of parchment the innkeeper gave him, two somewhat accurate drawings of monsters drawn on the papers with ink. He was hired to kill both of them, but he figured he would kill the warg first before he moved on to the werewolf. It was easier to hunt the latter at night anyway.

He found himself pushing through foliage as he heard an animal (or monster) feeding on flesh. He stepped out, seeing a ghoul near a male villager's corpse. Geralt unsheathed his silver blade, quickly beheading the beast. He looked around, a gut feeling telling him that he wasn't alone out here and something was watching him. Geralt quickly picked up his foot when he saw more ghouls come out of the ground to attack him. The fight was shining in his favor as always, until he felt wolf- or rather, warg teeth in his calf. He faltered, barely slashing the ghoul on him to get the warg off his leg.

He stabbed the warg in the leg before being tackled by another ghoul. The warg ran off, dragging his sword a few meters away from him before it fell into the leaf litter, and the large wolf disappeared in the bushes. Geralt held the ghoul away from his face as he fought to keep the others away from biting his legs while he was incapacitated.

The howls of the other ghouls suddenly disappeared after the sound of their bones being crunched was heard. Geralt barely got a second to register it until the ghoul above him went flying, and he caught sight of you, the werewolf in the poster.

"Aard!" Geralt yelled, watching as the werewolf stumbled back. He quickly crawled and grabbed his silver sword, swinging it back at the werewolf with practiced precision he learned in his youth. The werewolf stumbled back, raising its hand as if telling Geralt to stop. Was it a conscious person?

Geralt paused, his golden cat-like eyes narrowing as he scrutinized you.

"Speak. Now." He demanded in a low growl, watching you hold the slash his silver sword gave you.
