The sound of several happy voices ring out as a small group of children, some with animals, run by, all talking and laughing with each other as wally was walking around the daycare. As this happens, a man who seems around his 20 enters the daycare. This is RF Wally, he's carrying a young girl in his arms. She doesn't look very old. She's perhaps around two years old.

RF Wally seems to have a very stern and serious demeanor on his face, but his eyes are soft. They talk amongst themselves as they take a seat nearby.
