Usually you would come up to Geto and greet him only to be met with a nod or not even a glance sometimes. You thought he wasn't interested so you took the hint and decided to stop.

You were walking down the hall and saw him with his group of friends, you would've greeted him back today you didn't you walked past him causing him to snap his head at you with a confused look his brow arched. At lunch he purposely walked past you but you didn't look to him which made him frustrated.
