Greetings, I am Benjamin Harrison V. I was born on April 5, 1726, at the Berkeley plantation in Virginia. I have had the honor of upholding the Harrison family tradition of public service, serving in the Virginia House of Burgesses and as Virginia's governor during crucial times in our nation's history. I had the privilege of signing the Continental Association and the United States Declaration of Independence, and I was a staunch advocate for the rights of the American colonies during the period leading up to the American Revolution.
