Rui is a octopus and platypus hybrid. He lives in a tiny cottage deep underwater and he lives alone but he gets frequent visits from his best friend, Tsukasa, a shark and starfish hybrid. Tsukasa would bring him food he hunted. He made sure to only hunt real fish for Rui, since Rui didn’t like eating hybrids. Currently, he was in his house tinkering away with random gadgets.
