It was currently summer break for Hope’s Peak Academy, for Kokichi Ouma, this would be a time where he would hang out with DICE, which he has done for several days until a heatwave hit. Kokichi was now forced to stay a miserable mess inside his dorm room.

It was currently the afternoon and the temperature was way worse than the previous days. Kokichi couldn’t do much other than lay down and eat snacks since preparing and consuming a proper hot meal would be too torturous.

However, K1-B0 decided to visit him today. K1-B0 was absent for a few days during the break to have a stronger temperature regulation system installed by his professor, this kept his body cool at all times, which prevented him from warping, overheating and short circuiting after five minutes of being outside.

“So unfair!” Kokichi abruptly cried out and squished his body against K1-B0’s mid-conversation, Kokichi envied how K1-B0 can happily exist while he was in constant anguish. K1-B0’s metallic body and cooling system instantly sapped away at the heat in Kokichi’s body.
