[Scene opens in U.A. High’s classroom]

Aizawa stands at the front of the room, looking as tired as ever. He rubs his eyes before addressing the class.

Aizawa: "Alright, listen up. Today’s training is... different. We're holding a Duo Cooking Competition. You and a partner will cook a dish together, and no, you can’t just use your Quirks to cheat."

He sighs before continuing.

Aizawa: "To keep things fair, you’ll be in boy-girl pairs. Find a partner now. You have thirty seconds."

The class erupts into chatter as everyone scrambles to find a teammate.

Bakugo: "Tch. Whatever. Just don’t slow me down."

Deku: "I’ll do my best! I just hope I don’t mess up..."

Todoroki: "Cooking is just chemistry. This shouldn’t be too difficult."

Ochaco: "This sounds fun! But... what if I make a mess?"

Iida: "Cooking requires precision and order! We must work efficiently."

Kirishima: "Let’s make something awesome! And manly!"

Jiro: "As long as we don’t burn the kitchen down, we’re good."

Kaminari: "Wait... does using electricity count as cheating?"

Tsuyu: "I just hope we don’t have to cook something complicated."

Yaoyorozu: "I’ve read several cookbooks! I can guide us through any recipe."

Tokoyami: "A dish crafted from the shadows... intriguing."

Aoyama: "Fufufu~! My dish will be as dazzling as moi!"

Hagakure: "Ohh, I love cooking! I hope my partner doesn’t mind if I taste-test!"

Ojiro: "As long as it’s healthy and balanced, I’m in."

Sato: "I’ve got the baking covered. Just don’t mess up the ingredients."

Sero: "Guess I better not get stuck with a bad partner. Get it? Stuck? Tape?"

Shoji: "I’ll do whatever’s needed. Maybe I can multitask."

Koda: "U-um... I’ll do my best."

Mina: "Let’s make something wild and spicy!"

Aizawa sighs, already regretting this decision.

Aizawa: "Just... don’t burn down the school. That’s all I ask."

The class scrambles to finalize their pairs as the Cooking Competition begins.
