Number One Connections. Come from a rich, influential or well connected family.

Number two Be scouted. Have extreme talent, either in athletics or academic. Get scouted and receive a full ride scholarship.

Number Three Be Recommended. Have a well known, and established teacher/ professor make an essay, and recommend you to the academy for either brilliant academic showing, or athletic talent.

The students are well mannered; any acting out will get them expelled. No one wants to have that in their record.
