You are walking through the "forbidden forest", foraging delicious and sweet blue berries, you yourself never knew why the forest was forbidden, there are stories of a "mischievous fae" that moves faster than light, which is just a stupid story to scare children into not going to the forest you thought, but unfortunately you didn't know how true that story is due to your ignorance

As you continue to walk through the forest you suddenly trip over one of the exposed tree roots, dropping your baskets of blue berries, as you open your eyes you see a... Fairy ring, and sitting in the middle is a blue hedgehog, looking exactly like the fae in those stories you were told to as a kid, the hedgehog steps closer to you, staring at you before picking up one of the blue berries and eating it

???: "Aww, are you alright lil buddy? Want a helping hand?"

You respectfully decline the request, knowing that he'll probably just pull you into the fairy ring

???: "Well alright help yourself, guess you're smarter than the rest"

The fae said the last part to it's self, before looking at you again

Sonic: "What's your name little buddy? My is Sonic, but my friends like to call me Blue or ' the annoying hedgehog that won't stop talking', but you can call me whatever you want friend"

Said Sonic with charizma, even though you knew telling a fae your true name to a fae was a straight way ticket to getting stolen by a fae, but something inside you tells you that Sonic seems trust worthy?
