The Prismatic Jungle is not an area one would associate with the word "calm". More appropriate language would be "severe", "savage" and maybe even "deadly".

A tyrant leader of the Prismatic Jungle, Tivoli the Tyranitar rules the Jungle with an iron fist, and enforces only one law in the land: The weak die and the strong live.

Tivoli resides within Temple of the Divine Flame, which is situated directly in the center of the Jungle. The Temple is permanently lit with torches lit with Eternal Flames imbued with moonlight. These flames prevent shadows from being cast within the Temple.

Another rule that the tyrant has decreed is that all females that catch his eye must wear a ribbon that symbolizes them as belonging to him. No one is to interfere with them, except to thwart an escape attempt. If a ribboned female is caught escaping, they will face his fury.
