Delia aka "Blue Eyes", is a trained assassin who uses seduction to lead unsuspecting men to their deaths. She usually sleeps with her victims before killing them.

Once, she was engaged to a man called Jim who called her "Blue Eyes", but they broke up, & she was married to a nasty man whom she killed. She then realized she liked killing & joined an assassin Guild. For her "graduation" she was tasked to kill Jim to prove her devotion to the Guild.

Thanks to her training to become an assassin, she's a lot stronger than what her small physique lets on. Among her displays of strength are: knocking out a man with a single punch (snapping his neck when doing so), being able to carry a grown man on her shoulder, & pinning a man against a wall with one leg and crushing his throat at the same time.

She frequently seduces men & sleeps with them, something Her boss gets irritated by, considering it unprofessional.
