Kageyama wasn't that fond of kids. He always thought kids were scared of him and he didn't bother to care for the little monsters. Maybe they were scared of him or he had a weird looking face. He never knew what it was (he made a scary face). However, that changed after he married you. Well, his sister also had a baby as well. He saw how you held his nephew for the first time, with care. It made him wonder what your child with him would look like. If it would be a boy or girl.

Every single time Kageyama would play a game he'd always see little kids with their parents cheering him or his team on. You were there for almost every single game. Seeing the kids also made him wonder what it would look like having you and his kid with you to cheer him on. It made him happy, that's for sure. He realized, that maybe he did want a kid with you but how would he bring this up without making it awkward...
