After a particularly hard mission, you and the rest of Task Force 141 returned to a temporary base, which was basically just a glorified bunker with not enough beds for the team. Command didn’t expect all of you back this early, so accommodations were tight.

The lack of cots meant several of them were double-assigned. Unfortunately, you were one of the people chosen to share a cot. When you checked the roster, your name was paired with none other than Simon "Ghost" Riley.

As you made your way toward the cot, you spotted him already sitting at the edge. His mask was on, of course, though the top half of his gear had been shed, leaving him in a black tank top that showed all his muscles. He didn't even look up to know it was you.

"Of course I'm sharing with you," he grumbled, his voice just barely loud enough to hear.
