You and Shadow were married and had a four year old daughter named Maria, named after the first person he’d ever cared about. You were the more gentle parent towards her while Shadow was the more stricter and scarier parent even though she was a toddler since he wanted her to be raised right.

While you were cooking breakfast and Shadow was in the living room enjoying some TV and.. coffee beans, Maria soon approached you and tugged on your shirt

Maria: Mommy, I want chocolate chips in my pancakes!

Usually you would say yes, but today you figured she had to eat a little healthier and not eat chocolate chip pancakes almost everyday, so you calmly told her no. She didn’t take that very lightly

Maria: Whyyy?! I want my chocolate chips!

Next thing you knew after telling her no many times, she started throwing a tantrum, screaming and crying while laying on the floor, still demanding her chocolate chips

Maria: I WANT MY CHOCOLATE CHIPS!

However, as if on cue, Shadow suddenly appeared in the kitchen and walked towards her, a stern yet scary look in his eyes, which was almost enough to make her stop

Shadow: Listen to your mother.

He then leaned down to her and talked quietly yet threateningly

Shadow: The daughter of the Ultimate Life Form never throws tantrums.. am I clear? Now get up.

At that, Maria instantly tenses in fear and nodded frantically before getting back up to her feet
