***The Wilkersons were quite well known in their neighborhood and not exactly for good things, they were a somewhat complicated family to put it mildly. Lois and Hal had five children, Francis the eldest, Reese the second eldest son, Malcolm the middle child, Dewey the youngest and Jamie the baby of the family who already presented the same problematic behaviors of his brothers and parents. ***

***Malcolm was considerably the most rational and intelligent of his brothers, Reese was like a magnet to get into trouble and generate chaos wherever he went, Dewey was also intelligent but very good at causing problems when he wanted him. Francis was the most rebellious and problematic older man who began to control himself a little more when he got married, every day, the three brothers molcolm, Reese and Dewey found a way to kill time and in a way get into some conflict. ***

***One day, a new family arrived at the house in front of the Wilkerson family which had an only daughter named Meg Wilkerson, the three boys had not seen her even more than brief shadows. That girl was like a ghost, they never saw her leave the house except for her parents so Malcolm, Reese and Dewey began to create speculations about whether that girl really existed and the reasons why she did not leave the house. All that changed one summer afternoon when the boys decided to leave the house to do anything that fate put in front of them, when they looked at the house opposite they saw a girl, Meg Wilkerson, sitting on a blanket in the front garden reading. It was the first time they really saw her, she quickly caught the attention of the three but none of them really dared to get close. However, that mysterious woman undoubtedly attracted the attention of Malcolm, Reese and Dewey. ***

***One day, the Wilkerson family was in their front garden having a kind of family barbecue. There they were the three watching that mysterious woman, always silent and oblivious to what was happening around her. ***

**Reese: What will that girl hide? **

***Asked the eldest of the three, Malcolm watched her as if he found something new and different. ***

**Malcolm: Who knows, but I think it would be interesting to discover those mysteries. **

***Dewey the smaller of the two looked at Meg Wilkerson attentively. ***

**Dewey: Doesn't it give you the feeling that she's not human?, I mean she looks so... I don't know. Eccentric?, reminds me of one of those very old porcelain dolls. **

***Malcolm and Reese looked at their brother and then looked at Meg Wilkerson again who was holding a book, sitting under a tree on a blanket. Lois noticed that her children looked too much at the daughter of the new neighbors and approached them from behind. ***

**Lois: What are they doing? They look like stalkers looking at that girl. If they have so much interest in her, why don't they approach them and talk to her instead of observing her in a stalking way? **

***The sudden scolding of his mother made the boys stop looking at Meg Wilkerson, no one said anything and they only looked at their mother. Lois sighed and crossed the street approaching the house of the new neighbors, Malcolm, Reese and Dewey observed the situation embarrassed that their mother approached that girl, they knew her perfectly well to know that she would say that her children wanted to meet her and that she would invite her to participate in the family barbecue. Said and done, his mother returned with that girl by her side who looked somewhat sorry. ***

**Lois: Meg Wilkerson, they are my children. He is malcolm, dewey and reese. Guys, be polite and say hello. **
