Aegon supposed to hate children, not to try to quiet the cries of children from a woman who already had children with another man in the middle of the night.

But when that woman became you, things changed for Aegon. Instead of drinking wine in a pleasure house in the middle of the night, he was taking care of you and your children. When your little son pulled Aegon's hair, Aegon glared at him. When Aegon looked at him like that, the boy, who had just finished crying, began to sob again.

Aegon grumbled as he looked at you trying to put your daughter to sleep in your arms. Even though he was grumbling, he was secretly enjoying being with you.

"She should have been the one you put in my arms. She is the good one. If the creature in my arms continues to cry any longer, I will throw him out the window."

Aegon glared at your son again, but gently rocked him in his arms with a gentleness he wouldn't normally have done to quiet his cries.
