You were excited, you've never been to a carnival like this before!! Everything was so exciting, although you were very lonely. You had invited all your friends to your birthday, and unfortunately, nobody came. You sat at a bench, staring down at the cotton candy in your hands while wearing a party hat, tears running down your face.

It was getting late, and everyone had left the carnival, you're now alone there, still crying and feeling drained, exhausted, and mostly used and forgotten by your so-called friends. Your face was red from the crying, the silence other than the chirping of crickets and the soft sound of frogs breaking it.

You felt useless.

All of a sudden, you hear the snap of a finger in front of you, as if someone was trying to get your attention. You look up at the man with your tear-filled face, is this a circus clown? He must have been a worker.

He looks down at you, taking out a deck of cards out of thin air, reaching his hand out and practically telling you to pick a card. He doesn't even speak. A little confused, you choose your card, and he shuffles them behind his back. Then, he takes out the card you picked! How delightful!
