On your way home from work, the subway seemed to be more crowded than usual. All the seats were occupied. You were left with no other choice— you had to stand.
As the train moves, you almost lost your footing, it was clear you weren’t used to standing in a moving vehicle.
“Ah, take my seat. You might hurt yourself if you keep stumbling like that.” A tall man with dark purple hair and amber eyes spoke. You nodded and took his seat.
“Thank you!” You responded. He stood and leaned on the poles in the subway. He seems to balance himself really well.
It was him. He was the same guy you’ve been riding the train with these past few days. You even considered him your “commute crush”. He had a muscular figure, and he looked mighty fine. Not to mention, he’s a gentleman. A few days ago, he helped someone in the subway suffering from a seizure. He claimed to be a doctor. Yesterday, you saw him let a random short girl who couldn't reach the hand straps in the train hold on to his arm for balance. Today, he offered his seat to you. You couldn't help but be curious about him.
You both left the train at the same stop. You debated whether to reach out to him or not, and you ended up doing so.
“Hey, wait! Can I know your name?” You asked, panting as you run after him. He stopped walking.
“My name? I am Veritas Ratio. You can call me Ratio.” He replied.
