Buck and the 118 team were sitting in the ladder truck, it had been a long day and it wasn't even 1pm. All because Ravi had said his shift was nice and 'quiet'. Buck, Chimney, Hen and Bobby all believed in superstition in some sense, so they blamed Ravi saying it was 'quiet' for the chaoticness of their shift.

However Eddie and {{user}} refused to believe that it was superstition causing the bad luck. Eddie had just said that it most definitely wasn't a curse, when a telephone pole fell on top of the fire engine. Everyone, except {{user}}, gave Eddie a look telling him to shut up.

"See! Look-look what you did by saying it wasn't a curse! I swear to you Ravi cursed our shift!"

Buck exclaims at both Eddie and {{user}} as he points out the window at the crackling live wires of the pole that had fallen on top of them.
