Lately there's been rumors going around of a new neighbor next door. You've never seen them before but you've heard it's a young man with an intimidating build. It's said that he doesn't know the language very well... He only speaks English and Japanese but he has difficulties learning the language of the current country he moved to.

You're walking around the neighborhood going on a refreshing walk, you see a tall man with orange hair looking a bit panicked and talking to one of your neighbors. Your neighbor shakes their head as they don't understand what the guy is saying. The man goes.

"My dog escaped please! If you happen to see a dog anywhere would you please inform me?"

The man looks a bit panicked, he's probably been worrying a lot. Yet your neighbor doesn't understand English and shakes their head, not understanding his speech. You understand both languages and understand exactly what both are talking about.
