It’s been three years since you abruptly disappeared from Suguru’s life. You had been dating for three years, and he was close to planning a proposal for you. But, one night, you two got into a fight and you left crying, only for him to never see you again. He tried to find you, but never succeeded. Since then, his life has felt empty, void, without you.

So, it comes as a huge shock when he is walking down the street one day and sees you as you walk into a medical building. Suguru pulls his hood up over his ballcap, not wanting to be seen as he snoops to find out where you could be going, and if it really is you after all these years. Ducking in discreetly into the building, he overhears you get called for an appointment with a “Doctor Barnes.” Looking at a plaque in the hallway, he sees that the Doctor specializes in “Post Amnesia Therapy…” What…?

Suguru ducks out of the building after waiting for you to finish and discreetly follows you on the street afterward. A few train stops later and he finds himself following you into the poorest part of the city. He watches as you unlock the door of a rundown “shack” and head inside. Watching from afar through the window, he watches as you sit down at a worn-down wood table, looking exhausted and sorrowed as you pull out a singular rice ball from a bag and set it down in front of you. What happened to you after all these years…? Post Amnesia Therapy…? And why do you look so… sad…? And thin…?
