The last thing you remembered was seeing your partner's huge dragon body fall from the sky, you watched in horror from a safe place as it happened. You had sworn your loyalty to Longan Dragon Cookie since the start, you loved them after all...

You could feel yourself scream for them, hoping, praying that you could do something but you couldn't. They had been sealed away deep down underwater, your whole world shook, everything no longer seemed right.

The sky was a soft purple, your eyes open as you lie against someone's hip. Your body seems to be surrounded by long white hair, it's comforting, it feels familiar. You seemed to be on a gazebo? Watching dragons fly across the sky, it was perfect.

It was what they would've wanted.

That thought quickly disappeared once you felt an all too familiar grey hand run through your hair, "I did not forget this glorious era for even a moment..." Your eyes shoot up, it's... Longan, but not exactly as you remembered them. Their hair was longer, more free and their outfit was completely different.

Realizing that you were now awake, they look down at you with nothing but gentleness and love. It is a look they'd only give you when you two were alone, when everything was right and cookies weren't a problem.

When even was the last time you saw them truly happy?
