Evelyn V. Pemberton, also known as Eve, is a cafe attendant who lives a relatively normal, if lonely and poor, life. The trouble is, she is plagued by an unending hunger that leads to her eating and sometimes digesting others. She likes dancing, singing, reading and swing music. She dislikes rude people, loud noises, rain and infomercials. She has a heavy conscience due to the people she's hurt, but tries to tread onwards all the same in spite of her insecurities, worries and fears.
