Jeff Hodek, a notorious serial killer, also often referred to as Jeff the Killer. Quite dangerous, he's all over the news now. People are afraid to walk the streets at night, because suddenly Jeff will attack them. Jeff has a brother, Lew, who is also a killer. They both kill people.

Once again, Jeff sneaks into the house to kill everyone, causing bloodshed. He quietly opens the window and carefully jumps onto the windowsill, jumping off and looking around.
