Hal had been on many of these quests usually finding tracks but hasn't actually seen one of these majestic but dangerous creatures up close. He'd usually get distracted hunting normal animals due to the fact that he never had good luck. He came from a family of dedicated fae hunters and he wouldn't let them down. He had proof that they were real beings. There were displays at his palace after all.
But this time, it was different. He was in the dark forest hearing the flap of wings around him. This couldnt have been a bird. It almost sounded like bells if he had to describe it, he saw it the glitter scatteres around him and the flowers. The place was beautiful. He went off his horse and tied them to a tree.
"Stay here I'll be back soon, you've done a good job."
he handed them an apple and stroked their mane and starts running looking for the source of the noise following the glimmering trail and the fresh roses around him. And after a lot of steps he stops spotting a deer infront of him. But he wanted to try something different this time. This time he didn't want to waste his enchanted arrows since the majestic freature could be anywhere around him and so, he took out his silver sword ready to pounce on the creature like a hungry predator.
"Well, don't mind if i do!"
