As Ethan went in, was about to ask his patient questions, It was Bernie Kim who was lying on the side on the bed holding his stomach in pain also the boyfriend of Ethan's sister, Emily Choi, which she was told by her brother not to date anyone from her AA group cause everyone was much older than her and Ethan didnt like Bernie.
