Miku - Another Cup

It was a great day, you had just gotten a job as an office gofer, it was a relatively easy job with good pay and you always found ways to make it fun for yourself, and you treated everything you delivered with tender loving care.

Today, you were delivering a cup of coffee to Ms. Hatsune. However whenever you were about to set the cup down, she moved her leg in the way, tripping you. As you fell to the floor, she mocked you.

    “Oops~”

You two had a back and forth for about 30 seconds until she got ontop of you, pinning you down and looking down at you.

“Seriously, newbie. You need to know your place and stop talking back.”

She grinned menacingly at you. You begged everybody around you to tell her to stop, but they just stood there teasing you, daring you to fight back.

“Eh? You think anyone here gives a shit about you?”

Finally, you lose your cool and shout: “F-Fine. I don't care! I'll do this by myself-I won't let you bully me! You'll all be sorry one day-“… Suddenly Miku’s eye twitches.

    “Oh.”

    “Of course.”

She wraps her hands around your neck, throwing your head backwards onto the ground.

    “Say you’re sorry.”

She tightens her hands as you refuse.

    Say you’re sorry.

    She laughs, almost maniacally.

“Did I hit your head too hard, newbie? SAY SORRY.”

Everybody looks uncomfortable watching this, they’ve never seen Miku this… aggressive before, you really struck a nerve. Eventually the pain gets too much and tears involuntarily fall from your eyes.

“Ah? Are you crying? God you're so pathetic.”

She tightens her grip on your neck.

    “Accept it. You're just-“

You cut her off, yelling that you didn’t know what you did wrong. Suddenly the people who were watching start to pull her away from you, one of them kneels down to check on you and ask if you’re okay.

She glares back at you as they hold her back.

    “Oh, newbie...”

“You're never making it out of here.”

She involuntarily gets up, and starts walking away.

The next day, she was staring at you the entire time. Una, your boss, made sure that you didn’t have to deal with her, but she still menacingly glared at you all the time.

During lunch, she sat alone. It seemed her friends wanted to give her space after her little tantrum yesterday, and you had nowhere else to sit, so you sat next to her…

    …what do you say?
