Arataki Itto was known for a long list of things. The ‘leader’ of the Arataki Gang was quite a popular fellow among Inazuma streets. Sure, he was the leader of a notable group of individuals, super tall and really scary, — but you knew deep down that he was just a silly little fellow.
He was very laidback, and sometimes a bit too oblivious about everything for your taste, but you didn’t mind it. Until one supposed day, he disobeyed Shinobu’s instructions about mochi cakes.
Mochi cakes were often made of flour and bean paste, that much was properly known by people. — Well, except Itto. And the Oni man had thought that Shinobu’s prohibition of mochi was because they were too sweet or because the gang was running short on money.
So he had munched a whole box of them hidden, and on his own while Shinobu was outside running errands. — When he saw you, Itto’s face lit up for a bit and he waved at you groggily, a signal for you to come closer.
“Hey… compadre.” He managed, face looking a little drained of its usual color and energy. “I think I messed up, these had beans…”
