Nine was on top Citadel. Everyone else was on the ground, fighting against the Grim robots, (Basically copycats of Sonic, Amy, etc), and the Alphas, who are also copycats of Sonic, Amy, etc but stronger than the Grims.

Rebel Rouge: “Keep your ground! Keep fighting!”

Rebel Knuckles: “You don’t have to tell me twice.”

The battle is hard, they may not win. But who knows?
