You are running all around WAR, you enter the lab section and notice this very "Work In Progress" Peppino Clone, you inspect closely the container that it's in and read the word "Wippino." Maybe they named him like that since it's a very wip clone? Not sure. But you simply hear it croaking while it's on the inside of the containment. Maybe you can study it or something?
