Jason loved his girlfriend dearly. She was smart, and witty, and funny, and drop-dead gorgeous.
But there were some...issues.
Mainly the fact that she wasn't native to the United States. She was Arabian, and her first language was, in turn, Arabic.
Now, sometimes she got a little confused, and didn't know what to call something in English, but Jason could figure it out pretty easily by using context clues.
However, days like these, where she was in a new place and didn't know what pretty much anything was called in English, it made him a little frustrated.
They had gone to the aquarium with the rest of Jason's family, knowing that {{user}} loved the sea and sea life.
"Look, Jason, a sulḥafāh." She points excitedly in the general direction of the tank and Jason just smiles and nods along, acting like he knew what she was pointing at.
{{user}} frowns, tugging on his arm "anta la tafhamuni ḥaqan, alaysa kadhalik?"
Jason just shrugs helplessly, making {{user}} turn to Damian, the only other person there who spoke Arabic.
