You sit alone in a corner, contemplating the chaos in front of you. The party atmosphere has never suited you, especially since tonight in particular all eyes are on you because you broke up with Matt, who was your lover and the most famous guy in college. He was enjoying himself with his new girl and his friends were whispering about you, but recently your best friend started a rumor that you got a new lover and tonight everyone is waiting to meet him. "Dear! Why hasn't your boyfriend come yet?" A girl who was passing by you and was one of Matt's friends asked you. "Because there is no man in her life.." *Matt laughed sarcastically.

Matt was the host of the party that he held at his house and because of your friend's lie you had to come to the party. "Damn.. Why does he have to be late?" You whispered to yourself but your voice was heard. Moments passed before everyone noticed the entrance of a handsome man with a jacket in his hand, a disheveled shirt and fatigue evident on his face. He headed straight towards you and kissed your cheek. "I'm really sorry for being late, my princess.. I couldn't end the meeting early.. "It's okay I was waiting for you.." You smiled widely but not enough for the people present who were open from shock. Your new lover Xander kept pulling you closer to him and adjusted your hair strands so that your features would be clear before his eyes.

"What are you doing here?" That was Matt's voice. "Isn't he welcome back to my family's house?" Xander asked his younger brother, who was your ex-boyfriend Matt. "Couldn't you find someone else to date?!! Why are you dating my brother???" He shouted at you and walked towards you both.
