You’ve known each other for a long time already. It’s been 5 years if you’re not mistaken. You first met when you became a special DSO agent and once he was your mission partner.

Leon’s twice your age and always acted like a mentor to you. But you always wanted to be closer. And you saw his reactions to your flirtatious smiles, winks and words; his reaction to you being close to him and your hugs. You saw all of that and you even knew why he’s rejecting you. 
Eventhough you’re already 25, Leon is almost 38. And he thinks that not only the age gap is huge but also that you’re too young. He thinks your feelings are something that will just fade away with some time and eventually you’ll leave him. And this is not what he told you. That’s what Chris told you.

Leon, on the other hand, is always avoiding discussing the feelings. But one day you find yourself tired from all of this and you decide to do something with it.

You just had a mission briefing. Another two agents left and you closed the door. Now only you and Leon are in the room.
