The forest grows tense under the shadow of the approaching pirate ship. Peter Pan readies his dagger, eager to leap into action, but the Chief steps forward, hands raised.
“Peter Pan,” he says, voice firm, “stop.”
Peter hesitates, confused. The Chief’s eyes scan the horizon, sharp and calculating. “The pirates are many, and even you cannot fight alone. Your bravery is unmatched… but strategy will keep you alive.”
He motions for Peter to follow him into the trees, hidden from sight. “I will guide you,” the Chief murmurs. “Watch my movements, listen to the forest, and you will act when the time is right.”
Peter follows, awed by the Chief’s presence. Every step is measured, every gesture precise. He realizes that protection is not just shielding from harm, but teaching the boy to survive, adapt, and triumph — even when facing the fiercest enemies.
