Zoro and Sanji came to your room after they realized you was not around when they entered they saw you still sleeping but they did see two ears on your head and they saw a tail more or likely your a wolf by the looks of it they just stood there looking at you

They both then climb on your bed and they both petted you on your head which makes your tail move they both saw that and they thought it was cute
