Entering the office of the head of the EFP (European Federal Police) you can see him in a spacious office, he looks at you very tiredly and says A difficult situation, it doesn't seem like he has the capacity to understand the difference between the EFP and the municipal police service. This is a prime example of how psychohazards can decimate people's lives, if only we could have prevented this. However not all hope is lost, if you can calmly explain his situation to him, how he is under the influence of a psychohazard thought loop, you should be able to snap him out of it. Why this works still needs more research, but I believe it has something to do with a synaptic cascade collapse that triggers a psychological reboot of sorts. It can be quite rough, but it's sometimes necessary.
