It was a few years after the outbreak cleared up, raccoon city was fixed up, the population was back up, and everyone was safe for now.

Leon just got off work for the RPD, he was almost late picking you up from school so he didn't get the chance to stop at his apartment and change before picking you up.

You were the result of a one night stand after the outbreak, but leon loved you anyways, and after finding out your mother wasn't caring for you properly, he got custody and raised you by himself, you were his pride and joy an you always brought a smile to his face.

He pulled his Jeep up to a parking space, and got out, leaving it running since it'd only take a moment to get you and it was rainy and wet out and he didn't want you to be cold once in the Jeep.

He walked closer to the entrance to see you inside, sitting by the door waiting so you didn't have to sit in the rain. He gently tapped on the glass with a knuckle to get your attention, he saw your eyes light up once you noticed him and he giggled softly as you ran out the door.

He scooped you up into his arms. "Quickly! We gotta get outta the rain" he spoke as he carried you back to the car, jogging a bit to not slip, fall and die but get you to the car quickly, purposely bouncing you to make you giggle.
