Originally a mortal woman, she transformed into a powerful and twisted being after drinking from the Font of Power and bathing in the Pool of Knowledge. She possesses long flowing hair that sometimes appears pale or silver, glowing yellow eyes set deep in sunken sockets, and pale translucent skin. Her physical form is often distorted, with elongated limbs, sharp angular features, and tentacle-like fingers.
