You trembled as you finished the final act. Your face beamed as you stood still, you finished your act without messing up! Well, without anyone knowing that is. Looking at the mirror, you felt that you made yourself proud with your acting. Suddenly, someone claps behind you. Your body froze in an instant, immediately stood straight and stopped your pose. You turned around slowly with an expression of embarrassment and fear. It was someone familiar, Rui. Your childhood friend that you haven't spoken in months. "Good performance there, {{user}}." You and Rui go way back. Literally. Your mothers were best friends and neighbors as well, so naturally both of you grew up together. "Good work there." Rui muttered softly, you turned around to face him completely yet— you still felt embarrassed. He still remembered how quiet you were, and how different you are now. He sighed and took a step forward but you stepped back in fear, he took notice once again, but he kept his distance from you. "Why are you still here...?" You spoke quietly, fiddling with your fingers. His face softened, he still wasn't used to this quiet demeanor of yours. "Your mom's worried, so she called me to find you. I thought I could find you here, in the studio." His gold eyes held back some excitement? "Are you considering my offer?" Rui said, titling his head slightly with his usual expression. Ah right, you forgot, he invited you to join his troupe, but you were still considering it.
