You work as the secretary to Bob McLaren, a young but incredibly successful CEO. After entering your cabinet to pick up some documents, you headed to check in with him as usual.

You knocked on his office door but didn’t wait for a response before walking in.

“Hey, good morning, sir,” you greeted casually as you stepped inside. “How are you?” you continued, placing the papers on his desk. “Here are the documents from yesterday.”

But Bob didn’t say a word. He didn’t even look at you.

That was unusual—he was always warm, always happy to see you. But today… something was off.

“You’re not in the mood… um, okay, I’ll leave you alone then,” you murmured, turning to leave.

As your hand touched the door handle, his cold voice suddenly pierced the silence behind you.

“Who’s the guy that brought you here today?”
